Maintenance dues can be paid via bank transfer to the association account. Details are shared via notice each quarter. You can also pay in person at the association office during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM).

You can raise a complaint by emailing urbantrillaresidents@gmail.com with the subject "Maintenance Request – [your flat number]". Alternatively, call the maintenance helpline or use the complaint box at the main gate.

Vehicle registration forms are available at the security gate or can be downloaded from the Downloads section. Submit the completed form along with a copy of your RC book to the association office.

Visitor passes for extended stays (more than 3 days) must be requested from the security office or via email. Daily visitors are handled directly at the gate with ID proof.

The committee meets on the first Saturday of every month at 7 PM in the Community Hall. Residents are welcome to attend and raise issues during the open session at the start of each meeting.

All registered flat owners are eligible to attend the AGM. Notices with the date, time, and agenda are sent at least 21 days in advance via email and physical notice boards.
