Registered under the Telangana Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, we are a democratic, resident-led organization that manages the maintenance, security, and community development of our 136-flat complex spanning 2.9 acres.

Foundation
UTA MACS was officially registered as a Mutually Aided Cooperative Society under the Telangana MACS Act, uniting the 136 flat owners across the 2.9-acre complex.
Infrastructure Growth
Major upgrades including installation of CCTV surveillance, 24/7 security, community hall renovation, and establishment of the maintenance fund.
Digital Transformation
Launched the community website, introduced digital notice boards, online payment tracking, and streamlined communication channels.
New Milestones
Upgraded common area facilities, planted 200 trees as part of the green initiative, enhanced security infrastructure, and launched resident portal development.
